Let LVNDR walk you through how to take your samples.

Blood collection

To start, ensure you are well hydrated and soak your hand in warm water for a few minutes. Use the alcohol wipe to clean one of your middle fingers and let it dry.

We may not be able to test samples below the 600mcl line.

Drawing blood

Twist and remove lancet cap.

Place the lancet on the finger and press firmly to activate the lancet (you should hear a click).

Wipe away the first drop of blood with a clean tissue.

Collecting blood

Massage finger from base to the tip and guide droplets in the tube until you reach the 600 mcl line.

Clean it up

Wipe away any excess blood from your skin and put on the plaster provided.

Label it

Replace the yellow cap back on the blood sample tube and press down firmly until you hear a click.

Clearly fill in one of the barcode labels provided. Stick it on the side of the tube.

Please make sure the barcode stays visible.

Seal it up

Place tube and absorbent pad into the biohazard bag and seal.

Ship it off!

Urine collection

To start, wash hands using soap and water and dry them well.

Make sure you pass the first part of your urine into the toilet.

Prepare the box

Squeeze the sides of the urine collection box to expand it. The box has a plastic lining inside to contain the urine.

Pass mid-stream urine into the collection box.
